Thank you for your interest in fostering a dog for Working Dogs Rescue and/or it's affiliates.
So that we may find the right foster home for the right dog, we ask that you answer the following questions as completely as possible.

Are you willing to have someone from Working Dogs Rescue visit your home for a home visit?

How do you plan to exercise the dog?
Who will be the primary caretaker of the foster dog?
How many hours per day will the foster dog be alone?
Where will the foster dog stay during the day?
Where will the foster dog stay at night?
Are you willing to cover the costs of caring for a foster dog except for medical expenses? (Not Mandatory, but helpful and any costs are a tax write off.)
Have you ever create trained a dog?
Have you previously fostered an animal?
How often do you travel? Are you planning a vacation in the near future?
