Frankie was another gem in the rough at the high kill Shelter, East Valley in California. This poor boy was being overlooked. The shelter workers called him Frankenstein as if he were some monster! Lord knows what the poor boy had been through since part of his tail was missing. Working Dogs Rescue pulled this charming boy from certain death. He is a beautiful boy and his name is now Sidney after his families favorite hockey player. He lives in a beautiful country home in Pennsylvania and loves his humans! Especially his kids!
